Dear Parents and Students,
I want to thank all of you for the absolutely wonderful party for my birthday on January 28. That sure was a delicious cake. The cards were super and so creative. I truly will enjoy my Islands (my husband and I love going there) and the very cute penguin!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday:
Do math sheet and read “How the Guinea Fowl Got her Spots”. Review the vocabulary words and spelling plus memory.
Tuesday:
Do math sheet and read “How the Guinea Fowl Got her Spots”. Review the spelling words and vocabulary words plus memory verses.
Wednesday:
No homework. It is Ash Wednesday. Spelling, memory and comprehension tests will be on Thursday.
Thursday:
Do math sheet and read “How the Guinea Fowl Got her Spots’. REMINDERS:
1. Ash Wednesday is February 6th. Services are at 3:30, 5:00 and 7:00.
2. You will be receiving a permission slip for a field trip to the Marine Institute in May. Please return that quickly.
3. Drivers: Please be at the classroom by 8:15 am. I believe we will be leaving by 8:30 am. More information to follow this week.
4. HELP! All the students need more white and tacky glue. Please send some in for your child, ASAP. Extras are appreciated.
5. Our class and Mrs. Hebel’s class will be doing chapel on Wednesday, February 13 at 8:30 and 9:00. Parents are welcome to attend.
6. Art Lecture is this Thursday. Ask your child about this.
