Handwriting – Practice capital/upper case “S”
Practice memory.
Practice saying the months of the year three times each night or sing it.

TUESDAY:
Math pg 19 patterns and positions
Handwriting – Practice lower case “s”
Practice memory.
Practice saying the months of the year three times each night or sing it.
Have your child tell you the story about the “My Red Boat”.
Continue the reading logs.
WEDNESDAY:
Math pg. 23 One to One Correspondence
Handwriting – Write the color words “red/yellow” one time.
Practice memory.
Practice saying the months of the year three times each night or sing it.
Continue the reading logs.
THURSDAY:
Math pg. 24 Equal Sets
Handwriting – Write the color words “ blue /orange one time.
Practice memory.
Practice saying the months of the year three times each night or sing it.
VIP this week is Mrs. Svarc
Next week is Damian. He will share all week.

REMINDERS:
1.Sunday, November 1st the students are singing in church at the 10:00 am service.
2.The kids go to Choir and Music weekly with the Junior Kindergarten. This group now has a name called HIS KIDS. There will be opportunities for the kids to sing throughout the year.
3.VIP will start next week, October 19, Damian will be the first one. He will be able to share everyday. In addition, Tuesday and Thursday will be share days for other children. Check the Monday note for your child's share day.
4.Monday, October 19 through Friday is Red Ribbon Week.
5.Friday, October 30 is the Halloween party and parade around the school.
6.October 31, evening, will be a carnival at ASLS.
7.November 6th is a Teacher's Inservice. No school.
8.Saturday and Sunday, November 7th and November 8th is “Heart of the Home Holiday” boutique.
9.November 11th is no school.
10.We are in need ridged paper plates. If you have any and wish to donate them, please bring them in.
